• Experience : Minimal qualifications for non ABEM would be at least 12-24 months in a 15k volume ED or greater. Must also have references from board certified EM who can attest to their capabilities in an ED.

• Trauma Level / Designation : not a trauma designation - Trauma patients usually transferred to Lehigh Valley or Geisinger
• Hospital Beds : 109
• ED Beds : 21
• Patients per hour : 1.75 pph
• Schedule : days / swings / nights
• Shift length & times : 6a-4p, 10a-11p, 2p-2a, 10p-6a
• Coverage : Single / Double
• Backup specialties : Orthopedics; OBGYN; Pediatrics; Medicine; Surgery; Anesthesia; Urology
• APP support : APC Shift Times Can Vary - 10a-8p
• Admits : 18% admission rate
• EMR : EPIC
• Respond to Floor Codes? : yes we respond to floor codes / airway only, hospitalist otherwise manages

• License requirement : Active PA license required
• Life certification requirement : ACLS, ATLS, PALS - EM boarded providers will not need ATLS
