Payroll Specialist

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established firm seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist with certified payroll expertise. Pay : $33-$36 / hour depending on experience. 100% onsite

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Process weekly payroll for field and administrative employees
• Maintain accurate records of timekeeping, job costing, and fringe benefits
• Ensure compliance with prevailing wage laws and union agreements
• Assist with quarterly tax filings and respond to audit request
• Prepare and submit certified payroll reports in full compliance with state and federal regulations, including prevailing wage requirements under the Davis-Bacon Act.
