Product Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Product Operations Manager, US (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Streamline the user research pipeline by auditing workflows and designing scalable operations

Own the requirements and rollout of product tools, ensuring effective usage and feedback

Define and prioritize the Product Intelligence roadmap, acting as a bridge between analytics and product teams

Required Qualifications

2+ years in Product Operations and 5+ years of professional experience in related roles

Experience applying AI / automation to research operations or process workflows

Demonstrated ability to launch and scale research operations in dynamic environments

Familiarity with modern product and research tools (e.g., Pendo, Mixpanel, Dovetail)

Strong data fluency and experience defining metrics and KPIs
