• Providing one-to-one nursing care in a home environment
• Taking direction from clinical team and being overseen by a registered nurse
• Following the plan of care
• Following all clinical and office policies Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
• PPD or QuantiFERON
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license

• Bonus for eligible cases only. The eligible employee will receive $500 after 500 billable hours worked. Eligible employees must complete the pre-onboarding process within 10 days of submission of the initial application. Valid for first-time employees only and on completion of all required documents.
