Salary : $22-$24 / hour

Position Overview

2020 Mobile is seeking a self-motivated team player to assist with a portfolio of office and retail properties , and interfacing with Landlords and internal team members.

Duties..

  • Assist with coordination of location and landlord maintenance issues and requests.
  • Assist with property inspections and site visits as requested by landlords and insurance carriers.
  • Monitor and maintain property maintenance work orders and update ongoing reports.
  • Track and file HVAC contracts.
  • Assist in ensuring property compliance with state / federal safety guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance and completion of daily, weekly, monthly goals and objectives.
  • Maintain a positive attitude, handling each situation with professionalism.
  • Track move-in, move-out inspections.
  • Additional duties as assigned by the Director of Property Acquisition.
  • This is not a supervisory position.

Skills / Qualifications

  • Preferred minimum of two (2) years in Commercial / Retail Property Management Administration.
  • High School diploma or certificate required.
  • File Management experience.
  • Experience in Visual Lease system a plus, but will train.
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must pay great attention to detail.
  • Must be highly organized and possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, and Google Docs, and comfortable learning new software.

    • Work Environment.

  • On site in either Colton, CA or Sacramento, CA
  • Days : Monday Friday
  • Hours : Some flexibility on exact start and end times (30-40 hours or less per week)
  • More than 90% computer and phones related tasks.
  • Mild to moderate noise level.

    • Compensation Overview

  • California Pay Range : $22-$24 / hour, DOE
  • The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidates skills, qualifications, and experience.
  • Health Benefits : The company offers Medical, Dental, Vision and Life insurance programs for Full Time employees working a minimum of 30 hours a week.
  • Retirement Benefits : The company participates in the Cal Savers Retirement program for our California team members.
