Crossroads Animal Emergency is looking for an Overnight Manager with experience in doctors assisting, veterinary nursing, and customer service to join us as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community.
As an Overnight Manager, you’ll play an important role in ensuring continuity in hospital operations. Your life-changing work will range from the hands-on care of facilitating patient treatments and providing treatment plans, to administrative duties.

Leading with Your Head
Understanding business, solving problems, and making decisions through inclusive contributions of others
Ensuring follow-through from team members in day-to-day operations as well as performance goals.Supporting team members in every role to increase productivityAddress and / or work alongside Practice Manager to address any issues that may impact on the productivity of workflow.Assist with inventory and purchasing as needed to support hospitalAssist with administrative tasks as needed to support hospitalLeading with Your Heart
Interpersonal aspect of leading with Emotional Intelligence (EQ), effective use of influence, working together constructively and creatively

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay rate starting at $30 - $34 / hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
