Associate AI Director of Educational Curriculum - 245366

We are looking for a Senior level resource who has experience in building out AI and Educational Curriculum utilizing and fostering positive-AI use cases within the organization. This person will be doing a lot of presentations and creating multi-level training and educational content for members within the organization

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive AI education programs, workshops, and certification pathways tailored to varying levels of technical proficiency.
• Manage and mentor a small team of 1-2 direct reports, guiding them on coaching and development.
• Lead a community of practice around AI by organizing events such as hackathons and guest speaker sessions.
• Develop and implement strategies to promote AI fluency across the organization, ensuring the program aligns with broader goals and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as an AI thought leader, staying current on advancements in AI technologies and educational methodologies.
• Manage program budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and within scope.
