Brief Overview of Position :
Strategic Operational Solutions (STOPSO) is seeking candidates for a Help Desk Manager II - Senior Computer Analyst role to support a United States Air Force (USAF) client where we are focused on delivering innovative operations and solutions through proven successful methods. The ideal applicant is versatile, with a broad background and demonstrated ability to produce quality work. You must be comfortable in a challenging, collaborative, multi-tasking, dynamic, high-tempo, deadline-intensive environment with a flexible work schedule supporting multiple customers.
Description of Duties :
- Provides leadership and management support for contractor personnel assigned in support of the Field Support task
- Provide supervision and training of assigned Field Support personnel to ensure a high level of proficiency and customer service
- Ensure existing Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) are accurate and updated
Education, Experience, and Security Requirements :
3 years of experience for overall responsibility of help desk operations associated with the identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems. Experience ensures that all phases of help desk support are properly coordinated, monitored, logged, tracked, and resolved appropriately. Helps maintain responsibility for development, maintenance, and integrity of help desk softwareMust possess IAT Level II CertificationMust possess a current and valid SECRET security clearanceThe primary place of performance is located within Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), Randolph AFB
