Key Responsibilities Include :
Review and understand complex data center construction projects that are being constructed by colocation lease providers. Analyze the projects for risk profiles and work with colocation providers to mitigate.
Required Skills Include :
1. Heavy knowledge of base building data center construction- civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, controls, and plumbing.
2. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strategic Planning : Strong skills in developing and implementing long-term strategies and establishing program level requirements.
4. Technical Knowledge : Deep understanding of data center design, construction, and operational requirements.
5. Project Management : Expertise in managing large-scale data center construction projects from inception to completion.
6. Leadership : Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals.
7. Budget Management : Proficiency in creating and managing project budgets.
8. Risk Management : Ability to identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
9. Vendor Management : Experience in selecting, negotiating, and managing contracts with vendors and contractors.
10. Regulatory Compliance : Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
11. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 8 years of experience in large scale construction project leadership, with a focus on data center or colocation infrastructure either for a general contractor, colocation provider, or hyperscaler. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects. Strong understanding of construction processes, quality control, and design coordination. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Must be able to travel as needed.

US : Hiring Range in USD from : $139,400 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
