The Garage Valet Attendant provides a customer-friendly parking experience by parking, retrieving, and securing vehicles while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Keep the safety of self and others in mind at all times.
• Park customers' vehicles in designated spots, ensuring they are parked safely and securely.
• Track keys and vehicles throughout the garage.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain organization at the operation.
• Be enthusiastic, creating a positive environment for customers and teammates.
• Use professional communication and VPNE-approved language.
• Facilitate transition at the end of the shift.
• Provide information about the garage, including hours, rates, or promotions upon request.
• Always maintain a neatly groomed appearance.
• Perform cleaning duties as assigned.
• Adhere to VPNE attendance policy.
• Follow all safety protocols, wearing appropriate gear and reporting hazards promptly.
• Fill out damage or accident support forms.

Requirements

Years of Experience : Entry Level.

Language Skills : Proficient in English, both verbally and written.
