Our Teacher Success Coach plays a crucial role in ensuring that teachers feel empowered, confident, and prepared to deliver high-quality early childhood education.

Position Overview :

The Teacher Success Coach is responsible for fostering a positive and growth-oriented environment for teachers by acting as their biggest supporter, cheerleader, and trainer. This role involves maintaining compliance, conducting training, and ensuring classrooms are fully equipped and ready for success.

Key Responsibilities :

Teacher Support & Development

• Conduct teacher orientations to welcome and onboard new staff.
• Lead team meetings to encourage collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Perform teacher assessments and classroom observations to provide constructive feedback and support.
• Organize training sessions to enhance teaching techniques and classroom management.
• Champion teachers by celebrating their successes and providing coaching when needed.

Curriculum Implementation Support

• Support teachers in the effective delivery of our proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum and ensure developmental appropriateness across all classrooms
• Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback, modeling, and coaching to promote continuous improvement
• Assist in lesson planning, classroom setup, and daily curriculum implementation
• Lead curriculum-related staff trainings, enrichment activities, and school events
• Partner with the Center Director and leadership team to maintain curriculum compliance and educational excellence
• Build relationships with families and staff to support a collaborative, high-quality learning environment

Operational & Compliance Responsibilities

• Assist with licensing inspections and visits, ensuring full compliance.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring classrooms have the necessary supplies.
• Maintain classroom readiness by ensuring learning spaces are well-organized and conducive to learning.

School & Safety Initiatives

• Help organize graduation ceremonies to celebrate student milestones.
• Help coordinate and oversee emergency drills to ensure staff and children are prepared.

What Were Looking For :

• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to supporting teachers.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Experience in teacher training, early childhood education, or a related field.
• Knowledge of licensing regulations and classroom compliance standards.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt to challenges in a fast-paced environment.
