Job description

Urology Physician at Curative summary :

We are seeking a board-eligible / board-certified Urologist to join a dynamic team of over 35 specialized Urologists. The role includes a balanced schedule with two operating room days, three clinic days, and a call rotation of 1 : 8, providing a supportive environment for adult patient care. This position also offers competitive compensation with a sign-on bonus, generous benefits, and relocation assistance in a welcoming Hartford community.

About the Position

We are seeking a board-eligible / board-certified Urologist to join our growing practice! The incoming physician will have the opportunity to work with a team of over 35 Urologists specializing in all areas of Urology.

Practice Details

  • Join a regional team of 14 MDs and 8 APPs
  • Adult-only patient panel

2 OR days per week

  • 3 clinic days per week
  • 1 : 8 call rotation only covering 1 hospital

    • Compensation and Benefits

  • Guaranteed base salary with wRVU production bonus
  • Sign-on bonus of $100k, 4 weeks of paid time off, and 5 days of continuing medical education (CME)

    • Malpractice insurance coverage with tail

  • 401k with a 5% match, medical, dental, and vision insurance

    • $15k relocation assistance
