Job description

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking full-time Advanced Practice Clinicians (NP / PA) to join our Primary Care team serving patients throughout Virginia!

Position Highlights :

  • Practice Setting : Outpatient Primary Care - multiple clinic sites across Virginia
  • Schedule : Full-time only, Monday-Friday
  • Patient Care : Provide comprehensive care for preventive, chronic, and acute needs
  • Support : Work alongside experienced physicians, APPs, medical assistants, and patient service representatives
  • Technology : Utilize EPIC electronic health record (EHR) system
  • Team Culture : Collaborative, mission-driven environment focused on high-quality, compassionate care

    • Position Requirements :

  • Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in Virginia (or eligibility)

  • Certification and licensure as required by state and national boards
  • Experience or strong interest in Family Medicine / Primary Care preferred
