Job Description Job Description Primary Responsibility / Summary Retail Sales and Service Representative responsibilities will include a variety of in-store merchandising, marketing and training activities designed to build market share and increase sales. This role will create a foundation for future growth and provide opportunities to gain valuable exposure, both internally and externally. English Language Skills Ability to read & interpret documents such as plan-o-grams, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Mathematical Skills Ability to calculate figures & amounts such as discounts, interest and percentages. Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
