AirSculpt is seeking a Project Manager / Executive Assistant to support the CEO and CFO while also leading cross-functional projects across the organization. This role is structured as approximately 80% project management and 20% executive assistant responsibilities. This is a full-time position with hybrid work in Tampa, FL.

The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment, balancing traditional EA support with a strong focus on structured project management. They will be responsible for leading or supporting strategic projects that improve operations and deliver greater value to our organization. We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities

• Provide direct administrative support to the CEO and CFO, including scheduling, travel, and meeting preparation.
• Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination for executives.
• Prioritize incoming requests, triage tasks, and ensure leadership time is reserved for high-impact work.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, and proactively identify what needs escalation vs. delegation.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Compensation

$80-90K plus bonus potential. Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant licenses or certifications.
