Location : Fremont, OH 43420

Description :

The primary work location is Fremont, with potential floating to Flower and Perrysburg as needed.

On-call is required every other weekend at Memorial only, from Friday 16 : 30 to Monday 07 : 00.

Patient Population : Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatric patients.

SRS, SBRT, IGRT, IMRT

Electron and Conventional treatments

Work Setting :

Adult Outpatient

Required Technical Skills :

CBCT / kV / mV imaging

CT Simulation

Tumor Localization

Custom molds and shields

Treatment Planning System :

Eclipse (Varian)

Specialty Treatment Experience :

Electron fields

Respiratory gating / breath-hold for left breast

Stereotactic Radiosurgery

Gynecomastia

Prophylactic treatments

Benign brain tumors

Experience with Specific Cancers / Conditions :

Pancreatic, Testicular, Kidney, and Prostate cancers (including seeds / fiducials)

Leukemia, Hodgkin’s & Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma

Graves Disease

Keloids

Linear Accelerator Experience :

Varian TrueBeam

Varian TrueBeam Edge

Varian Trilogy

Documentation Systems :

ARIA

EPIC (Required)

Certifications / Licenses :

BLS

ARRT

Ohio State License

Minimum Experience :

1 year

No local candidates within 50 miles.( First-Time Travelers : Accepted )
