• Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 10 years in the industry; at least 5 years in a project management role.
• Proven success in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong field experience in leading BMS and low-voltage electrical installations.
• PMP, PE, CxA, or similar certifications preferred.
