Schedule : 3rd Shift - 10 : 00 PM to 6 : 30 AM (Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend OT)

Job Type : Full-time

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our manufacturing team on 3rd Shift. The ideal candidate will have MIG and / or TIG welding experience, the ability to read blueprints, and a strong commitment to quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform MIG and / or TIG welding on manufactured components.

Review and interpret work instructions and blueprints to ensure proper components are used.

Report part or equipment defects promptly to supervisors.

Support improvement initiatives for safety, quality, and productivity.

Communicate effectively with department personnel to facilitate production orders.

Complete assigned work within given timeframe and specifications.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work area.

Adhere to all company safety regulations.

Cooperate with coworkers to maintain a safe and productive environment.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Requirements :

Ability to read and interpret work orders, shop drawings, and blueprints (required).

Knowledge of quality assurance principles to identify and prevent errors (preferred).

Proven welding experience in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to work overtime as required.

Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Physical ability to stand / walk for entire shift, bend, kneel, and safely use ladders or stools.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
