The ERP Planning Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Planning Modules) is responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Planning functionality across multiple manufacturing sites. This role ensures the successful deployment of production planning, master scheduling, and materials management capabilities within D365 to improve coordination, visibility, and operational efficiency across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and rollout of D365 Planning Modules (Master Planning, MRP, Production Control, and Demand Forecasting) across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Partner with site planners, supply chain teams, and production leaders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective D365 configurations.
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and deliverables for each site implementation.
- Configure and optimize Master Planning parameters, coverage groups, item allocation keys, and BOM / routing structures to support accurate scheduling and materials planning.
- Support integration of D365 with related systems (procurement, warehouse, and production execution) to ensure data accuracy and process continuity.
- Lead testing, validation, and user acceptance for planning functionality; coordinate go-live activities and stabilization efforts.
- Train and mentor planners and site leaders on D365 planning tools, best practices, and reporting capabilities.
- Monitor performance post-implementation, identify improvement opportunities, and drive system and process enhancements.
- Ensure alignment of planning processes and system setups across all manufacturing sites for consistency and scalability.
- Collaborate with IT, external consultants, and functional leads to resolve issues and manage future enhancements.

Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years’ experience working in planningMinimum of 5 years’ experience in a managerial or supervisory positionUnderstanding of lean manufacturing principlesCertification in production planning and inventory management (e.g., APICS CPIM) is desirable.What You’ll Get :
