These PRN opportunities are available in our Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care units , where you’ll provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents who rely on your skill and dedication.

Job Purpose

To provide high-quality, compassionate care and support that enhances the daily lives of our residents. PRN team members help ensure consistent, exceptional service while supporting the overall success of the care team in the Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care setting.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on care and assistance to residents in accordance with individualized care plans and community standards.

Promote dignity, comfort, and respect in every interaction.

Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, and team members to ensure seamless care.

Respond promptly to resident needs and changes in condition.

Accurately document care, observations, and communications.

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Provide outstanding customer service with professionalism and compassion.

Qualifications

RN / LPN : Current and valid nursing license in the state of employment.

CMA : Active certification as a Medication Aide in the state of employment.

CNA : Active certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state of employment.

Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.

Reliable, team-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional care.

Pay Rates

• ???? Charge Nurse, Registered Nurse (RN) : $32 – $40 per hour
• ???? Charge Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) : $26 – $32 per hour
• ???? Certified Medication Aide (CMA) : $17 – $20 per hour
• ???? Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) : $16 – $19 per hour

Shifts Available

Day Shift : 7 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM

Night Shift : 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM

PRN team members can pick up shifts based on availability, making this a flexible opportunity to fit your schedule while earning extra income.
