Job Description

The position involves the management of a multi-unit apartment complex. You will lead and supervise a team of five, including two leasing consultants, a maintenance tech, and a janitor. The role requires alignment with the company's values-based culture with a focus on finances.

• 1+ years of experience in apartment / property management
• Strong property management and management skills
• Invoicing experience for resident accounts and accounts payable processing.
• Basic HR skills
• Ability to perform basic accounts payable / receivable tasks and assist with budgeting
• Proficiency with Yardi, leasing processes, and Microsoft Office
• Strong administrative support capabilities
