Regulatory Counsel - KS Licensed

A company is looking for a Regulatory Counsel to support legal and corporate governance functions.

Key Responsibilities

Advise executive leadership on corporate governance and disclosure obligations

Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to support legal compliance

Oversee the drafting and review of legal documents and internal communications

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

5+ years of relevant legal experience, including significant time at a law firm and / or in-house legal department

Strong business acumen and excellent judgment

High integrity, discretion, and professionalism
