Aviata Health Group is seeking a qualified Assistant Director of Clinical Services to join our team! We are looking for an Assistant Director of Clinical Services (ADCS / ADON) to help build a resident & family-focused culture within our community. This role involves leadership, mentorship, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing education, mentorship, and leadership development to clinical staff and team members.
• Participate in setting and achieving nursing department goals, including staff development and educational programming.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring policies, procedures, and standards of practice in line with regulations.
• Recruit, hire, and retain qualified nursing staff to ensure efficient resident care according to staffing plans and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with department heads to promote positive interdepartmental relations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor documentation systems.
• Provide direct resident care as needed, ensuring effective interaction with residents and families.
• Innovate and improve healthcare systems and processes to achieve superior results.
