We re looking for a UX Content Designer to join our UX Product Design team to support the modernization and optimization of our Small Commercial agent quoting experiences.

Provide dedicated content design support to create best-in-class digital tools for power users, aimed at increasing agent efficiency, improving satisfaction, and reducing expenses and tech costs.
Benefit from the support of the content community of practice, where you can exchange ideas and learn from other content design practitioners.
Experience a degree of autonomy while supporting individual product team(s), while also being a part of a mature UX team collaborating with product designers and user researchers.
Work with business owners, engineers, and product owners to understand the business vision and objectives.
Collaborate daily with the broader team to deliver content solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
Work in an agile environment, partnering closely with product owners, product designers, and engineers, as well as other content designers, marketers, analysts, and researchers.
Identify content opportunities using content design and strategy methods to improve the user experience through information architecture and the use of language.
Write concise, effective content that adheres to guidelines for tone and voice, follows established standards, and uses language best practices for the given channel / medium.
Continuously seek and integrate user feedback to evaluate UX effectiveness and determine where and how to optimize content.
Coordinate across multiple projects and workstreams, learning a complex product ecosystem and collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless experience for the user.
Bachelor s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively on large projects while giving and taking feedback from both junior and senior design partners.
Experience working on design teams with a proven track record of successfully delivering content for external-facing digital applications.
Experience supporting multiple agile software engineering teams in a scrum methodology environment.
Knowledge of content design and strategy methods and tools such as content audits, competitive assessments, quantitative analysis, design thinking exercises, user research, persona development, etc.
Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information.
Portfolio of written work that demonstrates creativity, problem solving, business impact, and results.
