Principal Program Manager, Product Strategic Initiatives
This role will be based in San Francisco or Sunnyvale. In this role, you will play a key role in how we plan, communicate, and execute across the Product organization. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff to LinkedIn's Chief Product Officer, you will work closely with the product executive team and cross-functional partners to drive alignment, operational excellence, and clear execution.
You will design and refine the processes that keep our product organization running smoothly, from planning cycles to information flows. You will be immersed in our product priorities and play a central role in communicating them to the product organization and beyond. By leveraging AI and automation tools, you will streamline workflows, reduce manual overhead, and create scalable systems that improve visibility and coordination. Your ability to bring order to complexity will ensure teams spend less time navigating processes and more time delivering impact. This role is for someone who thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to complexity, and is passionate about building systems that drive alignment and speed.
