As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a dynamic tech and media location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while delivering exceptional customer service. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the premises by vehicle and / or foot, remaining visible to support a secure environment. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, utilizing training to address issues as they arise.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.

Work collaboratively with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to address and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents.

Document observations, incidents, and activities in a clear and timely manner according to Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements :

At least six months of security-related experience is required.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
