A company is looking for a Member Service Advocate - Claims.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming claims communication and resolve issues on existing claims
Identify roadblocks preventing claims from being paid and assist beneficiaries in completing requirements
Review documentation for accuracy and ensure compliance with procedural and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or related specialized training preferred
LOMA281 and LOMA291 to be completed within the first year of hire
2+ years of customer service experience required; high volume call center experience preferred
Understanding of Life Insurance, HIPAA, and Privacy Act
Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office products
