Position Overview

The School Social Worker at High Point Academy serves as a vital member of the student support team, working collaboratively with educators, families, and community partners to address the academic, social-emotional, and behavioral needs of students in Preschool through 8th grade. The Social Worker / Counselor provides direct and indirect services to students, supports families in accessing resources, and plays a key role in crisis prevention, intervention, and recovery.
