Our client is seeking an energetic and passionate Assisted Living Administrator to lead the day-to-day operations of a 92-unit assisted living community. This role reports to the Independent Living leadership and focuses on staff support, culture-building, and operational leadership, ensuring a positive and efficient environment for residents and team members.
Assisted Living Administrator Key Responsibilities :
- Lead day-to-day operations of the assisted living community, supporting seven department heads and 35–40 hourly associates.
- Mentor and guide staff to foster a unified, positive team culture.
- Ensure smooth operations in alignment with state regulations and facility policies.
- Serve as the point of contact for staff issues, supporting leadership in maintaining high-quality resident care.
- Collaborate with leadership to address immediate operational priorities during the first 3 months.
Assisted Living Administrator Qualifications :
ALF Core Training certification required.Previous experience in assisted living operations preferred.Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills.Energetic, passionate, and resident-focused with a heart for serving seniors.Strong communication, leadership, and mentorship skills.Assisted Living Administrator Compensation & Commitment :
