Job description
A company is looking for a BPL Account Executive responsible for originating business from real estate investors and managing assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain partnerships with real estate brokers, mortgage brokers, and large investors
Educate borrowers on loan products and manage the loan application process
Exceed production goals related to client interactions and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
NMLS license preferred
3+ years of experience in commercial / residential mortgage lending or related fields
Experience in B2B sales focused on client relationship development
Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including AML and Fair Lending
