Trades Specialist I - Roads & Grounds

The Facilities Management unit of the Division of Facilities and Services is accepting applications for a Trades Specialist I within Roads and Grounds.

About the Opportunity :

Under the supervision of the Supervisor and / or Lead Landscape Construction Worker, shall perform skilled landscape construction duties. These will include the repair and construction of steps, sidewalks, roads, parking lots, etc. The Landscape Construction Worker will operate all Roads & Grounds equipment in performing these duties. Shall work with other crafts as needed. Will fill in for the Landscape Construction Worker lead as needed.

Work Hours : Mon-Fri 6a-2p

Qualifications

2 years experience in general trades building maintenance experience in the areas of basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or other craft trades.
