The Artificial Intelligence Director will be responsible for defining and leading the AI integration strategy across the IMS Segment and will serve as the division's senior AI leader, reporting directly to the Sr. VP of Engineering & Programs. This highly visible role is responsible for defining, driving, and overseeing AI strategy across products, business operations, and organizational adoption. The Director will lead a team of AI professionals, partner with executives, and act as a change agent and thought leader for AI across the enterprise.

Essential Functions

• Strategic Leadership

Define and execute a division-wide AI strategy and roadmap, aligned with business objectives and growth priorities.

Manage the technical development of AI-centric solutions from conception, design, test & validation, to scaled deployment (customer-facing or division-wide internal use).

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of AI scientists, engineers, and technologists, fostering innovation and collaboration.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $162,500 - $315,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
