Responsibilities
Location : Wichita, KS
Key Accountabilities
- Determines the labor and machine resources required to accomplish production tasks.
 - Uses time standards to establish, measure, monitor, and adjust the resource capacity limits or levels necessary to execute the production plan.
 - Develops and uses time standards.
 - Reports on capacity constraints that may hinder completion of the production plan and provides methodologies to overcome those constraints.
 - Performs detail shop scheduling and reporting to ensure production deliverables are completed to support downstream customers.

Familiarity w / Lean principles such as Value Stream Mapping, Just-In-Time, Demand Flow, Single Piece Flow, Five S's, Visual Management, Total Productive Maintenance, Continuous Improvement Process, Kaizen, SPC, Six Sigma and Communication Tools, Statistical Problem Solving, ISO, AS-91000, ISO-14001 or similar.High energy, dynamic personality with an ability to effect changeAble to interface comfortably with all levels of managementAircraft ExperienceMS Office SkillsAbility & willingness to travel if needed4-7 years of experience with a Master's Degree6-9 years of experience with a Bachelor's DegreeEducation Requirements
