Training Program Development Director

A company is looking for a Training & Program Development Director.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and delivery of training programs, workshops, and educational materials

Design instructional content and coordinate subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and relevance

Conduct needs assessments to identify performance gaps and develop targeted training interventions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Public Health, or a related field (Master's preferred)

5-8 years of experience developing and managing training programs in a federal, public health, or government contracting environment

Strong understanding of curriculum design and adult learning principles

Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools

PMP, CPTD, or equivalent certification preferred
