Hours : Second shift Saturday and Sunday, 3 : 00pm - 1 : 00am

Assignment : temporary, 8-10 weeks

As a temporary production associate in our production facility, you will be an integral part of our team responsible for producing high-quality bagels and ensuring the smooth operation of our production shop. You will play a crucial role in various aspects of running the bagel production line while maintaining cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards. YOU WILL :

• Multi-task and move within bagel and cream cheese production lines for extended periods of time. This includes tasks like dough mixing, loading and boxing product, and working the dough production line.
• Help to maintain the standards of the Department of Health and PopUp Bagels food safety standards.
• Demonstrate professional maturity and strictly uphold PopUp Bagel’s anti-discrimination & anti-harassment policies.
• Assist in preparing established recipes, including mixing ingredients bagel and cream cheese production, shaping dough, mixing cream cheese, and fulfilling cream cheese and bagels orders.
• Operate machinery and equipment involved with the production of the bagels and cream cheese, such as mixers and dough proofing machines.
• Prep ingredients utilizing mixers, ranges and stoves, as needed.
• Monitor production processes to ensure that cream cheese and bagel products meet quality standards including texture, consistency, flavor, and packaging integrity.
• Receive, box up, and put away products.
• Need to be comfortable with change as we are a rapidly growing company and we are evolving on a daily basis.
