Key Responsibilities
Ensure adherence to state contracts, CMS requirements, and submission timelines for reports and assessments
Act as a liaison between members and providers, advocating for membership and ensuring compliance with regulations
Provide administrative support to Service Coordinators and track work effectively
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or higher
2+ years of clerical or administrative work experience
2+ years of experience using a telephone and computer for job duties
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook)
Reside in Texas and have a dedicated work area with high-speed internet access
