Travel : Required to project sites throughout Greater Boston

Overview
The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through close-out. This includes planning, scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, team coordination, and ensuring quality and safety compliance. The Project Manager serves as the central point of communication between owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and close-out of construction projects.
- Define and manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Lead coordination between the field, subcontractors, design teams, and owners.
- Perform plan and specification reviews to ensure constructability and compliance.
- Develop scopes of work and execute subcontractor agreements.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and punch lists through project lifecycle.
- Assist with estimating, bid packages, buyout, and value engineering during preconstruction.
- Track and manage project costs, forecasts, and billing with accounting support.
- Maintain accurate project documentation including meeting minutes, daily logs, and photos.
- Lead or participate in OAC, subcontractor, and internal coordination meetings.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and coordinate with Superintendents on daily operations.
- Coordinate permitting and inspections with local, state, and federal agencies.
- Maintain accurate project schedules, including 3-week look-aheads and milestone tracking.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues impacting project delivery.
- Support timely project close-out and warranty resolution.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.5–10 years of relevant experience managing commercial construction projects.Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Sage, Microsoft Project, and MS Office.Strong understanding of construction means, methods, codes, and safety regulations.Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.Highly organized and capable of multitasking under tight deadlines.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within a 100-mile radius of Boston.OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.
