About the Role :

Join Guardian Residential Services LLC as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in our Manassas location, where you'll make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities. This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to support our clients in a compassionate and engaging environment, Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 2 PM.

Responsibilities :

• Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities in daily living activities.
• Assist clients with personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
• Implement individualized care plans and monitor client progress.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote independence.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all clients.
• Document client interactions and report any changes in behavior or condition.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality care.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
• Experience in direct support or caregiving roles is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to client welfare.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and training.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred but not required.
