We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Communications Coordinator to join our team and take charge of fostering effective communication strategies both internally and externally. This role is crucial in enhancing our brand visibility and engagement with various stakeholders including employees, clients, and the broader community.

Salary Range : $16.50 - $26.00 hourly

Location :   Fayetteville, NC

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Create, edit, and distribute engaging content for various platforms including social media, newsletters, and press releases.
• Coordinate internal and external communication initiatives, ensuring messaging is aligned and effectively delivered.
• Manage social media accounts, promoting our brand and engaging with followers in a meaningful way.
• Support the organization of events and campaigns, providing communication support and materials as needed.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
