A typical day involves inspiring people to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money, while building stronger client relationships every year. You would also ideally have additional coursework in math, accounting, or finance. What you'll bring to the team includes :

• Assisting with the beginning of the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program
• Assisting with the closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining required signatures, reviewing the finished product with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures
• Ensuring all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service
• All other duties as assigned
