IT ERP Business Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will be strategic-minded, be a team player that can also work independently with a positive attitude, be proactive, manage complex tasks and problem solve, and possess a high attention to detail. The IT ERP Business Support Specialist must have the ability to collaborate with peers and management and demonstrate exceptional judgement and a high degree of professional maturity while modeling loyalty, integrity, and honesty.

This position is a full-time, onsite position, in Whitsett, NC.  Hybrid or remote work is not an option for the person to be successful in working closely with operations.

Key Job Functions :

• Supports the daily processes, governance and initiatives surrounding ERP and its associated applications.
• Performs business analysis and provides solutions through compiling and analyzing data, customer feedback, current configuration and best practices.
• Participates in analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and measurable business process improvements.
• Develops and maintains process documentation and effectively shares it with stakeholders to ensure processes are known, understood and accepted.
