Job descriptionProduct Delivery : Safely, courteously, and promptly deliver our high-quality products to customers. Cleaning and Maintenance : Perform dish washing, cleaning, and box folding as needed to keep the workspace clean and organized. Cross-Training : Learn and assist with other in-store duties such as pizza making, dough preparation, order taking, and more! Customer Interaction : Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive experience every time. Sanitation : Always maintain clean and sanitary workstations to meet health and safety standards. Food Safety : Follow safe food handling practices for storage and preparation. Shift Duties : Complete shift responsibilities such as deployment, delivery preparation, and post-shift cleanup. Age : Must be at least 18 years old. Valid Driver’s License : A current, valid driver’s license is required. Proof of Insurance : Must have proof of liability insurance for your vehicle. Driving History : Minimum of 2 years of documented driving history (via driver’s MVR or driver’s license). Vehicle : Must have a reliable delivery vehicle in good working condition. Smartphone : Must have a working smartphone to use Marco’s delivery app during scheduled shifts. Reliability : Must be reliable, punctual, and able to meet Marco’s Pizza Delivery Driver Standards. Positive Attitude : A friendly, approachable individual who genuinely cares about creating positive experiences for guests. Accountability : You take pride in your work and hold yourself responsible for delivering the best service possible. Team-Oriented : A collaborative individual who values honest feedback and works well with others. Customer-Focused : A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating lasting impressions. Professionalism : Interacts respectfully, courteously, and professionally with all customers and team members. Dependable : A reliable team member who consistently gives their best effort, shows initiative, and arrives on time. Flexible Hours & Schedules : Full-time and part-time positions with scheduling flexibility. Pay Information :
- Earn up to $25.00 / hour during Prime Shifts!
- Guaranteed reimbursement : Up to $3.70 per delivery taken
- Cash Tips : Taken home daily, providing additional earning potential
Pay Range : Includes base pay + guaranteed tips per delivery.
