Job Title : 2nd shift Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Assembler for our second shift. The role involves assembling subcomponents and finished products, using both hand and power tools. This is a fast-paced production environment where you will be integral in building mechanical equipment and operating an overhead crane.

Responsibilities

• Assemble subcomponents and finished products with precision.
• Execute material processing within the facility.
• Fit metal products using hand and power tools.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and an overhead crane.
• Build heat exchangers in a fast-paced assembly environment.
• Lift items weighing 60 lbs or more.
• Collaborate with a team member to fulfill daily product orders.
• Engage in physical activities such as lifting, climbing, and extending arms for extended periods.

Work Environment

The work is conducted in a clean, organized, and spacious manufacturing floor with clearly labeled sections for materials and production. The second shift runs from 2 PM to 10 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential Saturday hours from 12 PM to 6 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.75 - $20.75 / hr.
