Salary : $50,000 - $52,000 / year

Role Overview

As a Manager in Training (MIT), you will gain preparation for a future leadership role. You will learn best practices across customer service, marketing, retail, purchasing, hiring, training, payroll, profit and loss and more. Training will blend on-site learning and our Accelerated Manager Program (AMP). Upon completion of AMP, you may relocate within 100 miles for placement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in on-site hands-on learning.
• Apply CCL Hospitality practices to customer service, marketing, retail, merchandising, purchasing and supply chain.
• Contribute to hiring, training, payroll and profit and loss management.

Qualifications

Accelerated Manager Program

AMP is a combination of assessment, training and one-on-one coaching to develop future leaders. AMP spans 20-24 weeks and culminates in permanent placement.
