Hospitality / Front of House Manager in Training

Role Overview
As a Manager in Training (MIT), you will gain preparation for a future leadership role. You will learn best practices across customer service, marketing, retail, purchasing, hiring, training, payroll, profit and loss and more. Training will blend on-site learning and our Accelerated Manager Program (AMP). Upon completion of AMP, you may relocate within 100 miles for placement opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Participate in on-site hands-on learning.
- Apply CCL Hospitality practices to customer service, marketing, retail, merchandising, purchasing and supply chain.
- Contribute to hiring, training, payroll and profit and loss management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required (deadline December 2025 or prior).One year of customer service or hospitality experience (preferred).Willingness to relocate for the right role or advancement opportunity (required).Financial acumen including profit and loss, inventory and cash handling.Strong written and verbal communication.Organizational skills, multi-tasking and deadline management.Basic contract administration and client relations.Basic food and catering knowledge focusing on quality, production, sanitation, safety and marketing.Competency in Microsoft Office.Driver's License (preferred).Accelerated Manager Program
AMP is a combination of assessment, training and one-on-one coaching to develop future leaders. AMP spans 20-24 weeks and culminates in permanent placement.
