The Microsoft Exchange and Teams Engineer will work on our Infrastructure Services Team to support Plante Moran's internal communications solutions, including Microsoft Exchange Online, email security, Microsoft Teams, voice services, video conferencing, and other communications solutions . We are seeking a candidate that is passionate about IT, has a strong customer service focus, enjoys identifying and evaluating emerging technologies, and has a desire to work on impactful unified communications technology projects.

Generally, experienced hires are not hired at or near the maximum salary range for their position, as compensation decisions are determined through a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to : responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. For early career roles, including campus hires, we offer market-based starting salaries that are consistent across individuals within the same hiring group. This approach ensures fairness and reflects current industry benchmarks for entry-level talent.

The compensation range for this role in IL, MA or CO is : $95,000.00 - $140,000.00
