What You’ll Do

As the General Manager of retail, you will be responsible for managing the overall day-to-day operations and profitability of a convenience retail store located inside of a travel plaza on a major highway. This position is charged with operating the store and leading a dedicated team that achieves or exceeds the targeted financial and performance metrics.

Maintain operating budgets, inventory controls, food and labor costs, gross profit, and reporting.
