Collaborating with plant management and corporate functions to define project scope, process design, capital and expense estimates. Selecting contractors / vendors, specifying equipment. Assess plant equipment and processes to identify deficiencies and improve raw material usage. Develop process designs, equipment specifications, and cost estimates for optimization and new installations. Follow up on projects, considering impacts on staff, quality, and safety, and manage budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
