The Recruiter will identify and attract top talent, possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and be well-versed in various recruiting strategies. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in finding the right individuals who will contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Hourly range ($27.00-$32.00). Based on experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamicsDevelop and implement effective recruiting strategies to source, attract, and engage a diverse pool of candidatesUtilize various recruiting platforms, social media, job boards, and professional networks to identify potential candidatesConduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fitCoordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient processProvide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, promptly addressing inquiries, and guiding candidates through the hiring processManage and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate recordsStay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques to continuously improve the recruitment processParticipate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choiceEDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred. Previous equivalent experience will be consideredMust be bilingual, with Spanish as the second language.Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role, with a strong track record of successfully filling positions across various levels and functions within a construction / manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and proficiency in using recruitment softwareExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalStrong ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fitKnowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiringHigh level of organization, attention to detail, and time management skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalismAdaptability and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environmentA proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindsetAbility to travel to various plant locationsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / ADA ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
