🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise 35 structural steel projects simultaneously
• Oversee site health, safety, quality, and scheduling compliance
• Act as the main communication link between foremen, project teams, and leadership
• Review drawings, specifications, and materials for accuracy and execution
• Coordinate deliveries and collaborate with other trades to keep projects on track
• Troubleshoot site issues, manage RFIs, and oversee as-builts
