Internal / Family Medicine Physician – Concierge Practice with Focus on LGBTQ and Transitional Care Location : Morristown, New Jersey Practice Type : Concierge / Private Internal Medicine Position : Full-Time Start Date : Flexible, with transitional support from founding physician About the Practice We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and inclusive Internal or Family Medicine Physician to join—and eventually lead—the long-standing concierge practice widely known for unhurried, whole-person approach to adult primary care and long-standing commitment to serving the LGBTQ community and individuals undergoing gender transition. Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a physician who is : Board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Experienced in adult outpatient medicine, ideally with 5 years in private practice or primary care Culturally competent and affirming in LGBTQ care, including experience in transitional / gender-affirming medicine Committed to equitable, inclusive, and patient-centered healthcare Skilled in building lasting relationships across diverse communities A clear communicator with excellent bedside manner Comfortable working in a low-volume, high-touch concierge model (average 8 patients daily Interested in long-term practice growth and leadership Clinical Model You will inherit a curated panel of approximately 300–400 patients, many of whom identify as LGBTQ and value a provider who understands their lived experience and clinical needs. You’ll be supported by : A seasoned and empathetic office team Established practice infrastructure and clinical workflows EMR and patient portal system (Athena) Consulting support from existing physician during the transition Local referral network for specialized care (e.g., endocrinology, mental health) Other procedures in office offered include but are not limited to : Labs, EKG, X-Ray, MRI / CT scan, pulmonary functions, minor surgery, destruction of basal cell cancers, joint aspirations and injections (shoulder and knee), trigger finger injection, Ganglion cyst removals, dermatological biopsy, IV fluids, et. al.
